The brand had outgrown its "brochure-style" origins. While the in-person experience was profound, the digital footprint was passive.
The business faced a complex architectural challenge: serving three distinct user pathways, Regular Class Attendees, High-Ticket Retreat Seekers, and Corporate Clients, without cluttering the interface. The goal was to shift from a site that simply "informed" to a platform that "converted."

The Tri-Sector Navigation: We simplified the UX into clear funnels, ensuring a corporate client never gets lost in a yoga class schedule.
Financial Infrastructure: We integrated a custom retreat booking system with Automated Direct Debit capabilities. This allows users to pay for high-value retreats in installments, removing the barrier to entry and securing cash flow for the business.
