The goal of this project was to redesign and elevate the brand’s digital space using WIX Studio, creating a calm and intuitive online experience that reflected the client’s holistic values while introducing new functional features.

The updated website now includes a streamlined booking system for both in-person and virtual classes, giving users a seamless path to reserve, pay, and engage with offerings. We also integrated a custom retreat booking system, allowing guests to reserve their space with flexible payment options, including monthly direct debit or upfront payment, helping the brand scale sustainably and professionally.

This redesign not only brought clarity to the user journey but also aligned the visual identity with the brand’s purpose: to provide grounded, accessible wellness rooted in balance.

In Ayurveda Balance needed more than a new look, it needed a digital foundation that could grow with the business. As wellness brands increasingly move online, it was essential to shift from a static brochure-style site to a conversion-led digital platform that could support bookings, payments, and future scalability.

We began by identifying the primary user pathways: regular class attendees, retreat seekers and corporate wellness. From there, we simplified the navigation, designed intentional booking flows, and added clear calls to action, ensuring that each visitor, whether curious or committed, could easily find what they needed.

The visual approach was rooted in clarity and calm, using natural tones, fluid space, and soft transitions to mirror the brand’s grounding philosophy. Behind the visuals, however, is a robust infrastructure: from monthly direct debit options for retreats to automated class bookings, the site is now as practical as it is peaceful.
